Q: What geographic areas and niches do you specialize in? 

A: We recruit on a national basis and have a proven track record of placing candidates across all segments of real estate and construction. If you're an experienced professional that feels the time is right to consider a new opportunity, we welcome a conversation to see how we may be able to help. 

Q: Is there a fee for your services?

A: No, we do not charge candidates for any of the services we provide. We are compensated by our clients. 

Q: Will my search be kept confidential?

A: Yes! You can rest assured we never send your resume or any other information to a client/potential client without having your permission first. The majority of candidates we work with are currently employed and passive in their job search, so we understand why confidentiality is of the utmost importance when it comes to considering a new opportunity. Additionally, we don't like to waste anyone's time so we make it a point to explore the fit for both sides before submitting your resume for consideration. 

Q: Does it make sense to work with a recruiter even if I'm not actively looking or they don't have any current searches that are a fit for me?

A: Yes. We understand things can change very quickly, and for the most part candidates appreciate being part of our network so we can inform them of opportunities as they come across our desk. Having your updated resume on file and scheduling an initial conversation may not be beneficial immediately, but oftentimes we are able to pick up the phone and call someone in the near future to inform them of a great opportunity.
